ArcWeb Services provide topographic and flood zone data that can help you gain a better understanding of the environmental characteristics of an area.

Topographic maps include contours for displaying the height of mountains, depth of the ocean bottom, and steepness of slopes. These maps also include streets, buildings, streams, woods, and other features that help you understand the study area.

Environmental factors, such as flood risks, can be assessed using ArcWeb Services and the U.S. flood hazards content provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). U.S. flood hazards content is based on the digital Q3 flood data.
