Located in the Netherlands, AND currently employs more than 115 individuals who deliver solutions for fleet management, vehicle navigation, and customer relationship management systems. AND boasts an impressive list of international customers including America Online, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Eastman Kodak, Microsoft, Sony, Unilever, and Vodafone. Currently, the firm is extending street-level coverage for central and eastern Europe, northern Africa, and Central and South America.

AND and ESRI have collaborated to provide ArcWeb Services users with comprehensive digital European map content complete with a variety of detailed data for more than 40 countries. Indeed, AND offers the highest digital coverage—65 percent—of all roads in central and eastern Europe. Moreover, AND offers ArcWeb Services clients worldwide vector-based digital road maps with neighborhood road data for more than 55 countries. Updated biannually, these worldwide and European data layers include information on all major roads as well as other vital geographic data such as railroads, rivers, water bodies, place-names, postal codes, and administrative boundaries that can be used to support a wide variety of Internet mapping, logistics, and GIS applications requiring a detailed world basemap including, but not limited to, basic mapping, site selection, and spatial queries.
